  • 2. RICE WITH MILK
    The rice withmilkis one of the desserts more traditional and it is easy to make but is late it´s ok.
  • 3. Ingredients to do Rice with Milk (for 2 or 4 persons):
    1 liter of milk
    200 grams of rice of round grain
    125 grams of sugar
    25 grams of butter
    2 branches of cinnamon
    Cinnamon in optional powder
  • 4. Step 1:
    Put in a pan the liter of milk to warm with the sugar, and both branches of cinnamon.
    To stop to average fire until he boils the milk.
  • 5. Step 2:
    While the milk warms up we are going to wash the rice.

  • 6. Step 3:

    Out of the fire, It withdraws the branches of cinnamon. It adds 25 grams of butter in cuadraditos to the rice with milk and removes well until it is founded and join with the rice.

    It stops to rest during five minutes and distributes.
