The Mil2Fed tool has been developed for the state of Maryland’s Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR). Although this tool has been developed for the state of Maryland it can be used by anyone in any state. Since private sector jobs are categorized differently than federal jobs, military service members may have a difficult time knowing which federal job series might be comparable to their military experience. This tool solves that problem.
