WORK DESCRIPTION1.1 GENERAL The Subcontractor shall perform the Module Fabrication Works for TECHNIP’s project 7890 Nm3/h hydrogen plant, which is to be built at Sala, Slovakia for Air Products (hereinafter referred to as Client). The Subcontractor shall furnish the labor, supervision, goods, equipment, tools, scaffolding and other means necessary to execute the Work, not specifically stated to be furnished by TECHNIP or others, to perform the Module Fabrication Works as defined hereafter. The Subcontractor shall thereby ensure that the Work is handed over in a first class condition as per the Scope of Work. The Module Fabrication Works shall be executed in Subcontractor’s prefabrication shops and yard. The following disciplines Scopes of Work form an integral part of the Scope of Work for Module Fabrication Works: o TECHNIP s Scope of Work, no. 20124-010-SR-1300-801, rev. A. o TECHNIP s Scope of Work, no. 20124-010-SR-6831-801, rev. A. o TECHNIP s Scope of Work, no. 20124-001-SR-1699-801, rev. A. o TECHNIP s Scope of Work, no. 20124-001-SR-2200-801, rev. A. The Scope of Work for Module Fabrication Works, also referred to as the Work, includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Receipt, unloading, inventory, storage and handling of all materials and equipment for the Work. • Prepare sketches and/or documents and calculations as required. • Detail design of steel structures. • Design and make temporary foundation(s) (and/or lifting requirements) • Supply, align, prefabricate, paint, assemble, clean and erect steel structures, handrailing, ladders and grating (incl. shop drawings + joint calculations) • Supply, fabrication, painting and erection of pipe supports and miscellaneous equipment supports, including temporary supports required during transport, lifting and handling of the modules. • Prefabrication of all piping items and erection of all piping- and instrument items, being altogether the piping systems. • Fabrication of loose to be delivered spools • Installation of heat tracing. • Supply and install insulation as required. • Assembly of modules • Work as defined in the disciplines Scopes of Work • Testing • Furnish transportation and lifting procedures on the modules. • Packing of pre fabricated spools • Transport of modules and fabricated spools from subcontractor’s yard to module transport means (truck, ship etc.).

Page 20124 010 SR 4110 801 A 4 / 11Construction Scope of Work for Module Fabrication Works • Packing and transfer of surplus materials to construction site Sala, Slovakia. • Assignment of one designated HSE Supervisor. Above 50 persons (including sub- subcontractors), one additional designated HSE supervisor is required per 50 persons. • All related work, including administrative, managerial and supervisory work connected with the requirements and obligations of the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall supply all materials and consumable new and unused, which are not specified as being supplied by TECHNIP. The Subcontractor shall ensure that any work he may be carrying out for a third party shall not interfere with the performance of the Work. The Subcontractor shall also ensure that the Work complies with the local regulation.1.2 DEFINITION OF MODULE FABRICATION The definition of module fabrication includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: piping systems, profiles, beams, columns, panels, platforms, staircases, ladders, hand- railing, toe plate, gratings, floor plates, steel supports, spring supports, drums and any other related equipment item, hoisting lugs, dampers, temporary beams, cables, guides, winches, bolts, nuts, washers, shim plates, wedges, wire mesh, radiant coil spacer frames, instrument process piping, air piping, tracing, insulation etc.1.3 INSTALLATION NOTES1.3.1 Piping works See 20124-010-SR-1300-801 “Construction Scope of Work for Module Fabrication: Aboveground Piping Prefabrication and Erection”. All welded pipe ends leaving the modules shall be beveled for the field weld. This includes module-to-module welds. All pipe ends leaving the modules shall be covered with plastic caps or blind flanges. The fabricated pipe spools shall be stored clear of the ground on adequate sleepers. Storage and handling practices (including but not limited the transport between yard and construction site) shall include maintaining the pipe spools in a clean condition by covering the ends of pipe and flanges with temporary wooden, plastic or metal covers taped in position and kept there until actual installation. Special protection measures shall be taken for stainless steel spools and for spools, which have been sandblasted and/or painted.1.3.2 Steel works See 20124-010-SR-6831-801 “Construction Scope of Work for Module Fabrication: Steel Erection and Accessories Installation Module Fabrication”.

All rigging, coordination, and costs shall be included. The Subcontractor shall add any temporary support steel as required for stability during transportation. Removable shipping steel shall be painted the same as the other steel, and only marked with several bands of colored tape. TECHNIP may elect to leave this steel in the modules. The Subcontractor shall touch up (paint) those that have been damaged during transportation and handling.

MATERIALS2.1 MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY TECHNIP (FREE ISSUE MATERIALS) TECHNIP will supply materials as followes: All piping items as mentioned on the Bill of Materials, such as pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, strainers, spring supports, expansion joints, bolts, nuts, gaskets, filters, blow down valves, constant load hangers, and rigid struts. Special piping items as indicated on the SPM list, P&IDs and isometrics. Thermo wells, control valves, safety relief valves, orifice assemblies, level gauges, level transmitters/controllers, flow assemblies and other in line and equipment mounted instruments. Steam tracing pipe, steam traps as indicated on the Bill of Materials. TECHNIP will supply steam-tracing pipe including fittings, valves and flanges. All other material such as tags, metal strips, pipe supports and the like, shall be supplied by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for weather protection of all materials, and equipment supplied by TECHNIP and received by Subcontractor.2.2 MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY THE SUBCONTRACTOR The Subcontractor shall supply all materials in accordance with the Subcontract documents, which are not indicated as free issue materials supplied by TECHNIP and these shall include, but not be limited to all materials of a temporary and consumable nature. Including but not limited to: - All steel - All bolts, washers and nuts required for the steel connections - All supports - All welding materials - All insulation materials - …….

PLANNING AND PROGRESS3.1 PLANNING The Subcontractor shall execute the Work in accordance with TECHNIP’s preliminary planning dates as indicated below. Work description Start Complete Approx. Approx. This includes all tests, punch list items and written acceptance by TECHNIP. If Subcontractor wants to start earlier with the prefabrication of structural steel and/or module construction works Technip does not object provided that these earlier dates are mutually agreed. Overall progress shall be as follows: Weeks after start % Completion 4 LATER 8 LATER 12 LATER 16 LATER 20 LATER 24 LATER3.2 PROGRESS MEASUREMENT The Subcontractor shall provide progress figures on a weekly basis (one day before the weekly progress meeting), reporting the actual progress, using TECHNIPs applicable Construction Progress Record, as mentioned in the list of attachments. TECHNIP’s Construction Progress Record is a Microsoft Excel file that has to be filled in by the Subcontractor. Based on the information received from the Subcontractor, the progress shall be calculated by TECHNIP. The progress will be discussed in the weekly progress meeting and will have to be approved by TECHNIP.

Page 20124 010 SR 4110 801 A 8 / 11Construction Scope of Work for Module Fabrication Works At regular (monthly) intervals the progress shall be confirmed on TECHNIP’s progress confirmation sheet, which has to be attached to Subcontractors invoices for progress payments, if progress payments are stipulated in the Subcontract. PREFERRED VENDORS AND SUB-SUBCONTRACTORS The Subcontractor may only conclude contracts with those sub-subcontractors and vendors as indicated below. DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS The Subcontractor is obliged to submit to either TECHNIP’s Document Control Department or TECHNIP’s construction management, during the various stages of the Works, documents in accordance with Document Requirements Form as attached and listed in the list of attachments. Documents submitted to TECHNIP’s Document Control Department must be submitted according Project Procedure Instructions concerning Subcontractor’s documents, 20124-000-PP-105 (LATER). Queries from TECHNIP shall be answered within 5 working days after receipt of such query. In case the response cannot be submitted within this term, Subcontractor shall indicate the reason and the date of expected answer by return. The Final Field Documentation shall be kept up to date at all times and submitted for review upon request. The scheduled submission of the Final Field Documentation shall not be affected by unavailability of individual certificates because TECHNIP may insert such certificates after submission of the Final Field Documentation.
