    Good one and i agree to the fact that social media’s need in recruitment area to fulfill the supply & demand imbalance in the recruitment industry. I strongly feel that Job ’a’ Fair (http://www.jobafair.com) is one of the new solution looking into combining three knowledge societies (colleges/ training institutions, companies and job seekers) together on a virtual platform.
