  • So, what is business coaching and how does it work?AdviCoaches are quite different than traditional business consultants. [read definitions from the slide]
  • Instead of getting paid for billable hours or project work like consultants, business coaches get paid for the value they deliver to clients. As an AdviCoach® you will provide business owners with AWARENESS, EDUCATION, and ACCOUNTABILITY through weekly coaching sessions to help them implement solutions to eliminate the 5 Business Dangers. Accordingly, business coaches enjoy an hourly rate that is MUCH higher than consultants. Business coaches get paid $1000 to $3000 per month for coaching engagements and invest no more than 1 to 2 hours per week per client. If you’re the right kind of person, business coaching is a superb cash flow opportunity.
  • You’ll then help them develop a 1-Page Strategic Plan to drive their business toward the fulfillment of their goals.This will be completed with the help of the executive team and indentifying key performance indicators and accountability to each goal.You will also guide them though a SWAT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis that will help in creating monthly, quarterly, annual and long range goals.
  • Present the Rapid Impact Strategies (RIS). Review the slides of the recommended RIS in detail. Discuss with the client how you will implement the RIS together in his/her business. Remember to use “we” language. “Here’s what I’d recommend we do… What we need to do first is … What I suggest we do is …”Don’t use “I” language. “What Id like to do is…” If you do, the prospect will want to know what kind of skills you have in their industry.Don’t use “you “ language. “What you should do is…” If you use “you” language, the client will say “Thanks, I’d like to go ahead and do this on my own.”
