  • 1. Earn 4700 credit studying African Giant Pouched Rats Sign up for ZOOL 4700 credits and gain valuable research experience in animal behavior, animal care, and data curating. Plus, it’s a chance to work with an exotic animal. This species has been trained to detect landmine explosives and tuberculosis. The research we do aims to understand how individual personality may improve training programs of this species. If you are interested, then please submit 1 page resume, list of relevant coursework, and current schedule to: Dr. Danielle N.
