Project History • The project started with extensive research resulting in the selection of Panama as a location for development and the Hard Rock as the ideal brand • Initial work through conceptual design on a 34 acre site at Playa Blanca • Identified a superior 100 acre site closer to the city, resulting in a nearly complete reimagining of the design • Ready to begin land preparation, launch detailed schematic phase First Site Master Plan
