Florido de Frango
(Flowery Chicken)

Ingredients:
• 2 Chickens• 200g Bacon • 200g Rice• 500g potatoes• 3 Red Chillies• 1 Onion• Garlic q.b.• White wine q.b.• 1 Pineapple• Pepper Earth q.b.• Curry q.b.• 1 bay leaf• Olive q.b.• Oil• Butter• 1 Knor Chicken• Salt q.b.• 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
First cut the chicken into pieces, wash and season with salt. In a pan put some oil and bay leaf.
Then fry in oil starting from the skin slowly and then turn.

Sauce
For the sauce, use crushed garlic, let it brown a little garlic, put up ground pepper, curry, Knor, refreshing after the pan with white wine and let reduce a little sauce.

Bell Pepper Rice
Sauté chopped onion to the olive oil with garlic and pepper to cubes. When onion is translucent, add the rice. Stir and wait to fry rice a little, add water and simmer for 10 min.

Stuff the peppers with rice

Mold the potatoes and fry them at 180 degrees

Bacon and Pineapple
Cut into julienne bacon, and saute it in butter. Once fried add the pineapple, cut into flower and a tablespoon of Sugar.

Garnish the dish as you wish

Surpresa de Pimentão

Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 Red Chillies
200g bacon
Salt
Toothpicks

Preparation
Strip the skin of the chicken, season it with salt and allowed to temper for 5 min

Strip the seeds and stems of the peppers.

Litters with rice and chicken strips on top of rice and a tablespoon of olive oil into each pepper light up the oven to 180 º for 40 min

Chicken breast rolled with bacon and fasten with a toothpick, will fry in butter for 10-15 min.

Place the puree in the center and the rolls of chicken on top of puree.
