An e-Commerce solution for Eezen Plumbers <ul><li>I would recommend implementation of Business to Business (B2B) type. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The business to business e-commerce helps in disintermediation by eliminating distributors and intermediaries and allows buyers to interact directly with the sellers hence efficient supply chain is fostered in the company operations (Hui & Eliashberg, 2008). </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Eezen Plumbers should also adopt the business to business e-commerce since it has benefits of economies of scale and network effects. </li></ul></ul>
