    • Low cost of searching by consumers
      • Customers will be able to search almost any kind of products online and therefore the company will be in a better position to advertise its products with competitive prices online through e-commerce and this will yield and increase its customer base (Kuksov & Lin 2010).
  • 6. An e-Commerce solution for Eezen Plumbers
    • I would recommend implementation of Business to Business (B2B) type.
      • The business to business e-commerce helps in disintermediation by eliminating distributors and intermediaries and allows buyers to interact directly with the sellers hence efficient supply chain is fostered in the company operations (Hui & Eliashberg, 2008).
      • Eezen Plumbers should also adopt the business to business e-commerce since it has benefits of economies of scale and network effects.
