  • 12. When you reduce purine-rich food consumption, you reduce the formation of uric acid crystals.
  • 13. Eat foods that are good for yourhealth. Avoid those that increase the risk of uric acid crystal formation
  • 14. Cut down on red meat,change to low fat dairy products,eat healthy carbs and avoid food with yeast content.
  • 15. If steps are taken to reduceuric acid then you can free yourself from gout problems.
  • 16. Keep a healthy diet, maintain theproper weight and avoid excessive amounts of alcohol
