These African Ashanti village statues are handcrafted out of beautiful Sesse wood. The Ashanti statues are approx. 10" tall and protray the simple lifestyle of the African people. The African Ashanti woman is breastfeeding a small baby, while the male Ashanti statue is seated in a relaxed position holding either a pipe, a cup or nothing at all. The statues sitting on a stool portray royalty, love and the importance of family.
