  • What you can do with Cooler Email:- organize your events and share them with selected contacts- import your contacts from an excel doc or your Gmail contacts (orother places), and create your contact list- prepare your emails and newsletters and send it to selectedcontacts depending on the groups you are managingCooler Email helps you by suggesting sending test emails, testevents, etc. + they have a wide range of video tutorials and articleswithin their help sectionConclusion: even if it’s easy to use, hoteliers won’t find time to tracktheir emails and check statistics… SO WE DO SAVE YOUR TIME BY MANAGING IT FOR YOU!

  • Wide range of suggested themes
  • You will then receive an email like this one to confirmthat your form has been sent to the selected contacts
  • The next easiest step is the data collection: the emailgives you access to a spreadsheet where all the answerswill be included: easy to track your audience involvement and evaluate their participation! When you have access to your spreadsheet with all the results, you can manage your notifications by accessing the Tools tab
