  • 5. Bigelow Tea Blog The Bigelow Tea blog was originally created to be identical to the packaging of the first tea that founder Ruth Campbell Bigelow created in her kitchen, “Constant Comment®” where the identical design on the blog provided instant recognition online in 2006 when the blog was first created. Later the blog design evolved to sync visually with the website as you can see here.   The Bigelow Tea blog is filled with SEO rich content supported by Creative Concepts featuring wellness studies, celebrity tea highlights, Bigelow Tea recipes, company news and more. To this day, the blog has only showcased original-never-before published content that appeals to a variety of Bigelow Tea customers.
  • 6. Bigelow Tea Facebook Page The Bigelow Tea Facebook page has become an important channel used to reach the Bigelow Tea customer.  The fan page was and is built around the preferences of the Bigelow Tea online consumer. As a result of providing amazing images, timely tea information and lots of sweepstakes and free samples, the fans keep coming back for more.   A 200k+ highly interactive community is the hallmark of this social media brand page which is fueled by a true partnership between Bigelow Tea’s management team and highly responsive consumer service department coupled with the strategy and content support from Creative Concepts.

Bigelow Tea Twitter Creative Concepts helps to support the Bigelow Tea Twitter channel with strategy and content.  This online community continues to grow through a responsive Bigelow consumer service team who answer questions and talk directly to a passionate tea community. Twitter tea chats with online moms, sweepstakes offerings and Instagram fan features help build this online channel across many demographics that exist within Twitter.

  • 11. Bigelow Tea Partnerships Successful companies know they can’t 100% get the word out on their own when it comes to sharing their products and services. With the rise of social media, this is more the case than ever. Keeping this in mind, we developed key campaign partnerships that were a win for everyone involved. Foodista was an example of this success. Below are stats that share the exposure that Bigelow received from partnering with this amazing recipe site. 5 Blog Entries on Foodista.com with Bigelow mentions (300k estimated pageviews) 200+ Tweets from Foodista Twitter and/or followers (58 million+ estimated views) 2 Foodista newsletters dedicated to Bigelow Tea (44k estimated views) 5488 Pageviews of shared Foodista content on the Bigelow blog Close to 2000 new “Likes” on Facebook via a shared sweepstakes Over 500 tracked submissions to sweepstakes from Foodista.com Facebook page
  • 12. Bigelow Tea Press Sending out Bigelow Tea press releases featuring new products and/or the latest Bigelow Tea news to interested media is a constant mission for Bigelow Tea.  While a simple press release was reaching some of the media, we at Creative Concepts felt it was important to reach everyone so we created this visually appealing branded press release.  Not only does the release capture more attention now, but we can better track the media who open this release so we can follow up quickly on their interest.
