The US government has mandated healthcare for everyone.
The government cannot create doctors, nurses and facilities to service the masses of people.
Some with major chronic illnesses require frequent drugs & daily care.

Medicare Advantage
Obamacare cuts payments to the private health insurance companies that provide coverage to 20% of Medicare enrollees who participate in the Medicare Advantage program.

Price Fixing
ObamaCare cuts the prices Medicare uses to pay hospitals and many other health care providers.
