I was previously working as a Director at LAWSON INC, the 2nd ranked convenience store giant in Japan. In this role, I was responsible for initiating web business including entertainment arena of LAWSON and M&A scenario as well. From September 2007 to April 2009, I was a Senior Vice President of EMI Music, where I was leading to create new business scenario mainly in digital fields, by effective business alliances based on my cultivated network in Japanese web and entertainment arena. From 2005 to 2007, I served as a Director of Entertainment Plus, Co., Ltd, a leading ticket agency in Japan. I also worked at Microsoft as Director of MSN music from October 2004 to November 2004. From 2002 to 2004, I was a Director of AOL Japan, one of the largest producers of quality digital content and one of the world’s leading sellers of premium display advertising. Prior to these jobs, I also held prominent positions such as a Vice President of MTV Japan, and a manager at JTB, a leading travel agency in Japan. I have extensive knowledge of incubating new business developments in mainly net fields such as E-commerce, Contents Business, and Net-Advertisement, with building up effective media development.
