  • Over the last several years, we have seen a dramatic shift in how renters search for apartments. The number of online users continues to grow significantly, as does the swift adoption of mobile and social technologies across wide demographic groups.
  • The consumer has sent a very clear and compelling message that digital platforms are the preferred way to look for an apartment home.
  • We’ve listened to the consumers and we are making sure we’re reaching them where they are searching for their next apartment – online, on their mobile devices and through social media.
  • Since 2008, we have increased our media spend by 400%A dollar spent marketing your community digitally produces far more leads than the same dollar spent in print and produces a higher quality lead
  • We continue to dominate on comScore, both nationally and in most local markets. What that means is we are reaching more prospective renters than anyone in the industry. As you know, it’s a numbers game - the more apartment shoppers we reach, the more likely your community will be seen and the more likely we can convert those prospective renters into future leases for you! Remember how user-friendly our site and mobile apps are?
