  • 1. Wizard Cyndi’s Coupon Organization Hybrid Method
  • 2. The first thing I do is layout each set of my inserts.
  • 3. Next I match like sheets from each insert.
  • 4. The like pages are stapled together.
  • 5. Preferred brand and commonly used coupons areclipped. These are held to put in my binder.
  • 6. The packet is assembled with the stapled pagesand left together whole.
  • 7. The packets are put into my file box. There is onehanging folder for each week.
  • 8. My binder is used for…*Preferred Brands*Clipped Coupons Not Used*Coupons from Magazines*All Other Loose Coupons*Store Specific Coupons*Catalina’s Received
  • 9. I used a Case It Z-Binder that has 2 sections. Onesection is for food and the other for non-food.
  • 10. My food section categories are… *Baking *Beverages *Bread *Breakfast (frozen & boxed) *Condiments, Salad Dressing *Dairy *Foods Other *Freezer- Desserts *Freezer- Foods *Fruits & Veggies (Frozen & Canned *Meat *Pasta & Rice *Prepared Foods & Sides *Refrigerated *Salty, Snacks *Seasonings & Spices *Soup *Sweet, Snacks *Tomato Items

My non-food section categories are… *Air Freshners/Candles *Beauty *Cleaning Supplies *Cold, Allergy, Oral Meds *Dishwashing & Laundry *Feminine Hygine *First Aid *Hair Care *Lotion *Misc. *Non-Oral Meds *Oral Care *Paper Products *Reynolds, Ziplocs, Trash Bags, etc. *Shaving & Deodorant *Soap & Body Wash *Vitamins
  • 12. In the front of my binder I have a large sectionedsheet for store specific coupons and store dollars.
  • 13. One thing I do in my binder is to use a piece ofcolored paper in each section. This keeps couponsfrom the next page from showing through.
  • 14. When it is necessary to fold coupons to fit in thesection, if the expiration date isn’t showing I writein it pencil. This makes for faster binder clean out.
