1. This is a management functionality with
management access to AAX.
Once you are logged in
Click on ADMIN

2. On this screen
Click on “Administration”
Do not click on “User Profile”

3. On this screen
Click on “Users”

4. On this screen
Click on the link with
your dealer name
Once you have clicked on the link
You will see the list of all the users
Click on any of the users to modify the status or password.

5. You will see this screen with the
name of the user
You can change the status from
“VALID” to “INVALID” when an
individual leaves.
You can change the password
Just remember a minimum of 8
characters with at least one letter and
one number.
Make sure you click on
“SAVE” at the very bottom

6. Again – Scroll down
Click on SAVE
Once saved scroll up
make sure you see
“Save Successfully…”
