I am very outgoing. I can communication with others and network without any hesitations.
I am able to adapt well in situations which may seem challenging at first
I am a very hard worker, especially when I have others relying on me to get things done
I am a great listener, and am always open to others ideas and eager to hear other’s opinions on certain topics
WEAKNESSES
I find it difficult to say no to people and sometimes take on too many tasks
I am not afraid to give my opinion and stand up for what I think is right
I can get slightly impatient if other team members are not all working at the same pace
I find it hard to delegate work to others when they are available even when I have a lot on my plate
