November 19th Meeting  ONE RESIDENT WANTED THE RESTROOM AND/OR THE WATER PLAY REMOVED  STAFF RESPONDED  Restroom is small, w/ two stalls and is self locking after hours.  No history of problems at similar installations at other parks  Restroom is needed as a convenience for parents of small children using the water play.  CSD master plan guidelines allow for small restroom.  Attendees at previous Laguna Ridge meetings were told this park would have a water play amenity. FUNDING  Park Development in Laguna Ridge is entirely funded by the City administered Supplemental Park Fee program – No CSD funds required.  City reimburses CSD staff time to prepare plans and specifications and provide construction support for each park project.  Construction budget is $2.7 million  Park maintenance entirely funded by City CFD. CSD is paid by City to maintain the park.  Laguna Ridge parks are jointly owned by the City and the CSD. HORSESHOE PARK MASTER PLAN APPROVAL
