    • Telemetry pressure catheter was placed into pulmonary artery viaright ventricle- animals were allowed to recover, administered SU5416, then placed in low oxygen environment- low technical failure rateClinical observations consistent with development of strongpulmonary hypertension- At Day 42, 438% increase in pulmonary artery pressure vs. baseline- at Day 42, animals euthanized and robust RV hypertrophy confirmed - mean RV/LV+S ratio was .624 ± .079; normal = ~ .300
