  4. 4. A home inspection is a visual inspection and there arelimitations as to what an inspector is physically able tosee.
  5. 5. A HOME INSPECTOR MUST:• Be licensed with Consumer Protection BC• Present a visual ID showing that they are licensed• Be a member of a designated association.
  6. 6. A HOME INSPECTOR MUST NOT:• Share the content of the inspection with anyone else without your permission• Be in a conflict relationship with a realtor
