WHAT IT DOES …

WHAT IT DOES
The ConsumerBell extension helps Magento eCommerce users (Enterprise and Community) download a plug-in that helps monitor all SKUs and items for any potentially recalled items and sends alerts to admins instantly to help reduce risk of recalled products being purchased or shipped before notices may or may not reach retailers.

WHY?
Recalls are more common that e-tailers think, often there can be 50 a day in the U.S and it might takes weeks or months for e-retailers to get a notice.

HOW IT WORKS
Magento users will be sent an email and also a notification in the main dashboard alerting them of a recall and showing the official notice from wherever the recall has originated.
• Company initiated
• FDA initiated
• CPSC initiated
