East San Fernando Valley Transit CorridorClient: Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro)Company: Consensus Inc.Project Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute milestone stakeholder meetings bysecuring venues, equipment rental, vendor services and team logistics planning; Createdocumentation reports to record project specific activities, stakeholder participation, andproject strategy and growth results within outreach period; Prepared email campaigns toupdate stakeholder on project updates and meetings Managed various social mediaprofiles and increased stakeholder participation by 25 in 60 day period.
  6. 6. For the scoping period, the clientwanted to allow various options forstakeholders to submit their comments.We recognized a large portion of ouraudience was engaged thoughFacebook. Using ShortStack, I developeda Facebook app that would allow usersto privately submit comments andeasily transfer to our database. Theprocess even received media attention.

  8. 8. The SR 710 North Study has extended for over 60 years and seen a number ofchanges when it comes to the goal of connecting the 710 and 210 freewayswithin the region. Residents within the study area are very engaged and seeksimple explanations of the alternatives and refinements that are presented. Wedeveloped several videos explaining each option in detail, launched aninteractive tool , and live-streamed previous meetings to give stakeholders theability to learn about the alternatives at their own pace.

LAX Specific Plan Amendment StudyClient: Lon Angeles World Airports (LAWA)Company: Consensus Inc.Project Responsibilities: Developed content and design for meeting notifications tobe distributed to stakeholders in print and digital formats; Assisted in development ofwebsite skeleton, content, and images and continued maintenance of content; Createdemail outreach campaign
  10. 10. To keep engaged stakeholders andresidents within the project’s studyarea up to date on a series of countyand city approval meetings, I created aemail campaign. Previously, the clientpreferred to send out printedmaterials, but with such sort notice ofmeetings, it was decided that digitaloutreach would best for the outreachstrategy. View campaign archive.
  11. 11. Pioneered the use of Storify, a socialnetwork service that allows users tocreate and curate a “story” through socialmedia and other digital platforms. Thisallowed engaged stakeholders to remaininformed with digitally hosted content.View here:
