Define Market Opportunities Company Overview The online destination site of choice for retirement fund information, eRollover’s user-friendly platform allows do-it-yourselfers to directly take charge of their retirement accounts, or for others to locate a financial advisor. Project Overview Concept Hub, Inc researched the various online communities and 401K websites, to gain a comprehensive understanding of eRollover’s competitive landscape as well as the needs and sentiment of their audience. Results Concept Hub, Inc provided eRollover with a comprehensive Social Media Business Plan that outlines the different audience segments, their specific needs and their current attitudes toward their retirement savings. Also included was a competitive SWOT analysis, potential streams of revenue, campaign strategies and a rolodex of key influencers. eRollover has been able to leverage this information to recruit key executives and secure venture capital.
      • Sherry Heyl initially sat down with our Board for about two hours to gain firsthand knowledge about eRollover. She developed a very comprehensive Roadmap to help us develop a Social Media strategy for the promotion of eRollover.

    4. Develop Strategic Roadmaps Company Overview ACVB is the liaison between meeting planners, tour operators and its 1,200-plus member organizations. Atlanta.net is the #1 online destination for people visiting Atlanta. Project Overview Concept Hub, Inc performed a wide range of services over a 18month period. These included running a half day social media primer; conducting a quantitative analysis of the social media environment with respect to the Atlanta “brand”; developing a social media go to market strategy; recruiting and training bloggers; deploying a street team to help implement the strategy; and providing on going strategic consulting services. Results Currently the site receives over 17,000 visits per month. The ACVB continues to introduce new ways to leverage social media to meet their other core business objectives including customer service, sales, and event promotions.

Campaign Management Company Overview Atlanta Children's Shelter has provided high quality early childcare and comprehensive social services for homeless families striving for self-sufficiency.  Since 1986, ACS has stabilized over 5,100 families and cared for more than 7,800 children. Project Overview
      • Concept Hub, Inc;
      • Researched the Metro Atlanta online community to identify people who were passionate about the Atlanta Children’s Shelter and/or the cause that they support.
      • Identified active 5K runners/and walkers that would be interested in participating in the shelter’s first 5K
      • Created an Online Street Team to build relationships with participants in other online communities and with influential Atlanta bloggers.
      Results The Atlanta Children’s Shelter set the goal of raising $10,000 in donations and attracting 250 runner/walkers to the event. They surpassed their goal raising more than $26,000 and attracting 550 runners/walkers to the event.
      • Sherry Heyl made a personal investment in the success of our social media program.  The depth of her social media experience, Sherry’s commitment to my organization and her ability to translate social media to laypersons enabled the shelter to build a solid case for financial investment, codify an annual social media calendar program, and become a leading social media-using organization among our peers.
