  • Introduction by moderator, then hello from Sheila … here as she has been a supplier of communications consultancy and support for more than 10 years, and DHL was a founding client of the agency, tbbr. Introduction to Kathleen Goh: People probably don’t need any introduction to the name DHL, their vans are everywhere, everyone knows something or somebody who works or once worked there, it is one of the world’s biggest brands, and I hope there are a lot of happy customers in the room. All I want to tell you about the company is that it is made up of people and facilities and relationships between literally every nationality in the world, and that it is a really interesting, dynamic communications environment to be work in and for. Here to talk about something that really set the DHL global community buzzing last year is Kathleen Goh, Head of Internal Communications for DHL Express Global. Kathleen has been working in the company for 5 years – first out of her home in Singapore at the Asia pacific regional office, and more recently, since DHL’s takeover by Deutsche Post, in the global head office in Bonn, Germany. Welcome, Kathleen, and thanks for joining the conference. Kathleen, last year, DHL celebrated its 40 th anniversary and you wanted to do something special to celebrate that.
