OK, well my concerns are…  General concerns:  How do I make the transition?  Where will my servers be hosted?  How will I connect to my servers?  Will my servers & data be secure?  How reliable are your services?  Will I get consistent performance?  Is there an SLA on your services?  Do you offer 24x7 support?  References?

And specifically I worry about…  Data sovereignty  Who owns my data?  Will you release my images?  Backup & disaster recovery  How current is the data?  How fast can it be restored?  What if the DC burns down?  Integration with current servers?  How will they connect?  Do I need to be concerned?  My vendor / integrator said…  Cloud is unreliable  Cloud is not secure
