  • 1. Renting a home is one of the most successful real estate businesses , hence many people invest in property as it provides good income
  • 2. If you are a landlord renting your home, here are some guidelines to choose the best tenant for your property
  • 3. While screening your tenant ask for proof of identity such as a copy of their driving license, letter from employer, credit history references or previous landlord’s contact detail. Have you screened your tenant ? #1
  • 4. The Rental agreement must contain all details such as amount received as deposit, monthly rental, period of rental agreement , condition of property & appliances such as detail of number of fan, lighting and fixtures and other appliances provided. Have you made the rental agreement? #2
