  • 7. HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE HOW TO REGISTER WITH CI https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register /register.do
  • 8.  To ensure security of all confidential information  To be in compliance with FCRA  Safety measure to protecting important data information
  • 9. Go to file  Properties  Security  Select Password Security  Hit Ok
  • 10. Select require a password  Type in Password  Hit Ok
  • 11. Confirm password  Hit Ok
  • 12. Hit OK to get out of the box
  • 13. Hit OK again  Then File  Save
  • 14. Below will show the PDF is now Secured
  • 15. To Un-SecureFilePropertiesSelect No Security Hit OK
  • 16. Hit OK to remove password  Hit OK again to get out of the boxesFileSaveThe PDF will now be Un-Secured
  • 17. Go to the Lock that says Secure  Select Encrypt with a password Another way to secure a PDF
  • 18. Hit - “Yes”
  • 19. Select Require a password  Type in the password for the PDF  Hit OK
  • 20. Confirm your password  Hit OK
  • 21. Hit OK  Go to File  Save
  • 22. Below will show the PDF is now Secured
  • 23. To Un-SecureGo back to the Lock Select Remove Security
  • 24. Hit OK  Go to File  Save  Your PDF will now be Un-Secured
  • 25. The PDF file is now Un-Secured
  • 26.  Primo PDF  Quick and Easy download  Just file print to Primo PDF  http://www.primopd f.com/
