Many of them defines the stress in different ways. The term stress is defined as “physiological and psychological response of a body to a demand for change”.

what is meant by you stress: It is defined as a good or positive kind of stress that provides strength, excitement and occurs for a short time
The Distress is a second kind of stress. It is defined as a bad or negative kind of stress that brings out the weakness and makes the situations vulnerable.
Acute Distress is a third type of stress. It is referred as the most common and intense type of stress, occurred for a short time, highly treatable and manageable.
Chronic stress is a fourth type of stress ,it mostly arises out of long time events which are beyond our control ,results in problematic situations and remains it for a long time.
