So, focus on what you want. Control your thoughts and feeling and create your life the way you want it. Whatever you are thinking and feeling today – you are creating your future. Be a deliberate creator of your life by deciding what you want. Whatever we focus on consistently we experience in our lives. As you think, so you create. Therefore focus on what you want rather than focusing on what you don’t want.
Now let’s have a look at 3 quick tools that will help you achieve your dreams with least effort. They are Gratitude Dreams Action Let’s see what they are:
The first tool is gratitude. To get what you want, first focus on what you have. Be grateful for all the things you already have. By doing so, you will invoke your positive energies and good feelings. When you feel good, you attract more good things and feeling in your life. Take a minute and think of all the good things you have in your life right now. List all the things you are grateful for. Gratitude is the only way to ignite your energies and sustain them.
When we dream, we create our future in advance! Be as creative as you can be; the bigger and grander the better Write down all the things you want – family, work, money, body & fitness; Be as specific as possible. Write down why you want them – The ‘Why’ will supply you with the purpose to achieve Visualize them as if they have already happened – Your brain remembers images better than words! Finally, all you have to do now is to take a small action as soon as possible in the direction of your goals. This step is of paramount importance as it generates a ripple effect of actions and reactions and sets you on the path of achievement.
