    Notes on slide 1

Hi I am RK, CEO of CommLab India an eLearning company based in India. Welcome to the webinar, 3 Tools to make your dreams come true. This webinar is based loosely on the teachings of the famous Personal Productivity coach, Anthony Robbins and is designed to equip you with simple but effective tools to make your dreams come true.

The problem with most people is that they think about what they don’t want , instead of what they want. I don’t want to be late I don’t want people to hurt me I don’t want to be sick I don’t want to be poor I don’t want to fail People focus on these negative results with lot of passion and force. Unfortunately, your brain cannot read the ‘don’ts’ and it goes all out to achieve them. Hence you end up precisely with what you wanted to avoid in the first place!.

So, focus on what you want. Control your thoughts and feeling and create your life the way you want it. Whatever you are thinking and feeling today – you are creating your future. Be a deliberate creator of your life by deciding what you want. Whatever we focus on consistently we experience in our lives. As you think, so you create. Therefore focus on what you want rather than focusing on what you don’t want.

Now let’s have a look at 3 quick tools that will help you achieve your dreams with least effort. They are Gratitude Dreams Action Let’s see what they are:

The first tool is gratitude. To get what you want, first focus on what you have. Be grateful for all the things you already have. By doing so, you will invoke your positive energies and good feelings. When you feel good, you attract more good things and feeling in your life. Take a minute and think of all the good things you have in your life right now. List all the things you are grateful for. Gratitude is the only way to ignite your energies and sustain them.

When we dream, we create our future in advance! Be as creative as you can be; the bigger and grander the better Write down all the things you want – family, work, money, body & fitness; Be as specific as possible. Write down why you want them – The ‘Why’ will supply you with the purpose to achieve Visualize them as if they have already happened – Your brain remembers images better than words! Note to Graphics: Please use 7, 8, 9 while talking about each one.

Finally, all you have to do now is to take a small action as soon as possible in the direction of your goals. This step is of paramount importance as it generates a ripple effect of actions and reactions and sets you on the path of achievement.

So just these 3 simple tools – gratitude, dreams and small actions – will work wonders in your quest for success.
