Recommendation• The Planning & Zoning Commission and staff recommend approval of the project and associated density because in part it provides: – A connected transportation network for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians; – Transit opportunities; and – Improvements to the intersection of Texas Avenue and University Drive to offset development impact.
