The parade had a delayed start due to rains from a tropical storm.The Firemens Parade joined at the end of the Grand FeatureParade due to having been rained out the night before.(This is the first time in 62 years that this has happened!)Parade theme: Hometown HeroesGrand Marshal: Torrey Smith, Colonial Beach native and widereceiver for the Super Bowl Champions Baltimore Ravens.
