    • Beliefs are those foundational, internal thought process that determine what I do. These Belief Systems act as “filters” as to what I will be potentially experiencing. (B) To change behaviors begins by first identifying and acknowledging these beliefs systems which are mostly unconscious. [Indicated by the ( )] Beliefs set the path for the rest of my life.     • Beliefs drive the attitudes that are the observable behaviors. To change behaviors begins with changing attitudes. (B) People react to those internal attitudes that A. I am broadcasting whether consciously or unconsciously. Hence I cannot change anyone. All I can do is change my attitudes and this may change how people react to me.     • Positive Behavior Change is the desired result. Most change initiatives focus on the behaviors. However, this is illogical since behaviors are the desired result.
