  • 3. we claim to live in a knowledge world
  • 4. yet we are paid on an industrial model
  • 5. there is no incentive for sharing
  • 6. because someone else might use your knowledge and charge less for their time.
  • 7. on the other hand there is not enough time from qualified IT people
  • 8. still we have no respect for each other’s time
  • 9. in IT we use most of our time to stay where we are operations improvement In IT we spend 80% of our time on operations
  • 10. but constantly there is demand for more time in IT
  • 11. there should be a time bank
  • 12. to save time for the important things
  • 13. because you should choose how to use your time convert your time to quality innovation $ $ $ savings
  • 14. we can “create” time by transferring knowledge to a machine
  • 15. and be automation augmented engineers
  • 16. with engineering enabled machines
  • 17. and every time your knowledge is used, you are due credit
  • 18. machines can give us this degree of freedom with our time
  • 19. so let’s get going
