Reputation Scorecards Reputation Scorecards are a new service for the hotel industry, tracking a hotel's performance in guest satisfaction based on the Global Review Index™ (GRI), a general online reputation score taking into account ratings from online reviews across over 100 different online travel agencies and review sites worldwide.* *ReviewPro.com

TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence honors select accommodations, attractions, and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence. To be eligible, a business must maintain an overall rating of four or higher (out of five), as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.* *tripadvisor.com
  4. 4. How does Reputation Scorecards compare to Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence? Both scores evaluate the performance of the hotels throughout reviews written by the clients online. They both depend on the rating and the quantity of reviews they received. Reputation Scorecards as established in its definitions, takes in consideration over 100 sites while tripadvisor evaluates only the reviews written in their own website. For this reason, we considered the Reputation Scorecards show a more realistic evaluation of the hotel’s overall online performance. Nevertheless, because of the importance of Tripadvisor’s reviews for potential guests, it must be constantly monitored.

The hotel site does have the guest reviews however on TripAdvisor, they have lots of guest reviews but the hotel does not respond to these reviews. For the OTAs, venere.com has guest reviews, but does not respond to the reviews booking.com has guest reviews, but does not respond to the reviews hotel.com also yes for the guest reviews, but does not respond to the reviews

The hotel site does have the guest review however on TripAdvisor, they have guest reviews but the hotel does not respond to the reviews. For the OTAs, venere.com has a guest review, but does not respond to the reviews booking.com there is guest review but they do not have responses hotel.com yes for the guest review, but does not respond to the reviews

Hotel Manfredi Suite in Rome It has a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor in 2013, Trivago (Best Luxury hotel)Rome and Ospitalita Itanliana certificate in 2014 from the ministry of Commerce in Italy. The hotel site has the guest review icon where guests can click on and see the reviews linked to Tripadvisor.com on TripAdvisor, they have a positive guest reviews, the hotel responds to these reviews. For the OTAs, Expedia.com has guest reviews, they do not response to reviews booking.com thas a guest review, but does not respond to the reviews hotel.com yes for the guest review, but does not respond to the reviews
