  • 1. PIONEER IN WITHIN THE BRAND The Pullman Brussels Midi Hotel is the first Pullman hotel worldwide to deploy 'Connectivity by Pullman', designed to deliver a unified experience for the guest, across the in-room TV and mobile platforms.
  • 2. THE UNIQUE 'CONNECTIVITY BY PULLMAN' INTERFACE The system is now installed on the TV in all 237 guest rooms at the Pullman Brussels Midi. The mobile app is also available to guests in the 26 suites and executive rooms, on tablets provided by the hotel.
  • 3. GO APPLICATION 'Connectivity by Pullman' is also available now for guests to download from the App Store onto their own mobile devices the guest device is paired with the in-room TV, which delivers an integrated environment where the TV, smart phone and tablet are all synchronised to deliver a single set of services, helping guests to both work, as well as relax, during their stay.
  • 4. 'Connectivity by Pullman' offers guests free WiFi Internet access and free ondemand entertainment, as well as media streaming functionality, enabling them to stream personal content, for example photos, from their mobile device, to the TV.
  • 5. THE CORE FEATURE The mobile device enables guests to use it as a remote control to quickly and easily navigate the TV channels and the IPG, on-demand content and specific hotel information, as well as play movie trailers. Guests are also able to order in-room dining directly from the mobile device, providing an instant ordering process, that includes order acknowledgement by hotel staff in the guest language and billing to the room.
