  • 10 Tips to a Great Plate
    • 1. Balance Calories
      • Increase activity

  • 2. Enjoy your food, but eat less
    • Eat when you are hungry and
    • stop when you are full.
    • Sit at the table and eat. Have family meals.
    • Start with a small portion and eat slowly

  • 3. Avoid oversized portions
  • 4. Foods to eat more often

    • Make half of your plate fruits and vegetables
