BITIL.COMITIL® ExpertOverview This certification is achieved byaccumulating credits through the firsttwo levels of the Scheme. There is NO examination required forthis level; however candidates mustachieve credits through a selection ofbalanced subject areas whichrepresent and are examined acrossthe full spectrum of the ITIL ServiceManagement Practice areas. To achieve thecertification, candidates must obtaina minimum of twenty two (22)credits, two (2) of which must befrom the Foundation module which isa mandatory first step, and five (5) ofwhich must be from the ‘ManagingAcross the Lifecycle’ module which isa mandatory final step.ww.bitil.com
