  4. 4. Use decorative cording or trim to frame the photoSuggested size: 1/8” or 3/16” decorative cording with fabriclip. The fabric lip edge allows you to sew the trim to thephoto. HFU Sewing Room by Room 4
  5. 5. Tip for sewing square corners with lip cord:While your needle is in the down position in the fabric, cutinto the lip fabric along side of the zipper foot. HFU Sewing Room by Room 5
  6. 6. With the needle is still in the down position, pivot fabric tosew around corner, and down the next side and continuesewing the cording to the photo fabric.Stitch all 4 sides to frame the photo with the decorativecording. HFU Sewing Room by Room 6
  7. 7. Close the decorative cording by overlapping the cordingso the twisted cord lays together as one cord. Make surethe raw edges of each end will be caught into the seam.Stitch close to the cording edge the fabric lip, this will jointhe two ends together. HFU Sewing Room by Room 7

  9. 9. Place the photo on the center of the pillow fabric.Measure all 4 edges to insure the photo is alignedin the center of the pillow. HFU Sewing Room by Room 9
