If you experience any problem with a product bought from me contact me first and I will do my best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair/credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to me is payable by you. Fragrances Orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one week after receiving your returned product. Please note we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Damage Claims In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you. Our Software products can not be returned. All instructions manuals, etc are included in the download so you won't get the printed manual or boxes. If you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply e-mail us within 7 days, send the goods back and we will exchange your order to your complete satisfaction. How to make an Exchange All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product unworn, in its original condition with its packaging intact. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation and goods receipt. All shipping or postage costs associated with the return or exchange of products remain the responsibility of the customer. All non-defective returns must be free of all wear and tear. Any item returned that does not meet the requirements will be returned to the customer. Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
