Admissions Entry Requirements Actuarial Science: A*(Maths) AA - Maths required Accounting & Finance: AAA (One subject must be maths, chemistry or physics) All other courses: AAA • Wide range of subjects acceptable • Maths subject is preferred for Banking and Finance but not required All courses require GCSE Maths: grade A, English: grade C A-Level Actuarial Science: • Distinction, Distinction, Distinction • Plus A-level Maths grade A* Accounting and Finance: • Distinction, Distinction, Distinction • Business subjects preferred All other courses • Distinction, Distinction, Distinction BTEC National DiplomaInternational Baccalaureate (IB) Actuarial Science: • 35 points • Including 7 in higher level Maths, 6 in all other HL subjects, and 5 in all standard level subjects • Consideration given to 1 core point Accounting & Finance: • 35 points • Including 6,6,6 in higher level subjects, one of which must be mathematics or a science and 5 in all standard level subjects • Consideration given to 1 core point All other courses • 35 points with no less than 6 in each HL subject • Consideration will be given to 1 core point
