To request and invitation send an email to ryao@cisco.com  What to have:  Computer with internet access. (chrome browser recommended)  Headset with mic (recommend: Cyber Acoustics)  Preparation:  Sign up for a gmail account if you don’t already have one.  Send your gmail address to ryao@cisco.com so you will be added to Cisco Data Center’s circle.  Set up your G+ profile.
