    Thanks for your comment/question. We did not look at that issue in this survey, but it really bridges both BYOD and virtualization in an important way. We’ll definitely look at that issue in future research.

  • Individuals want to use their own devices because 1. they don't want to have to come to the office and 2. they want to do personal activities at work. Looks like the argument here is that businesses want personal devices because they can support virtual desktop. Any data on whether individuals will use virtual desktop on their personal devices, or how their employers can benefit from BYOD if they don't?
