We  created  an  ethical  development  program   The aim of this program is to give children from 4 to 7 the cognitive basis and the tools to better comprehend their environment and interact with others. The program doesnt teach values, but allows children to develop their potential of empathy, and to make their own ethical decisions. ‣  A  unique  and  innova5ve  program ‣  Significa5ve  improvements  validated  by   scien5fic  trials   The program builds on recent breakthrough in . mediation in conflicts cognitive sciences and on a unique and self-control pedagogical approach based on the art of questioning (maieutics). . wise and tolerant attitudes The program is the result of 12 years of . attention, concentration research, involving 3000 children in England, and memory India, China, Mexico and Guatemala. . communication, precision in language and active listening The benefits of the program have been highlighted by comparing the results of psychological and behavioral tests applied to groups of children who attended the program These improvements have been observed with those of other children who didnt. regardless of the economical, social, cultural and religious background.Foundation for research in Ethical Development - 2011

  6. 6. Why working with this age group ? Because it is around the age of 4 and 5 that cognitive processes related to discernment start building themselves. To obtain similar results later in age or with adults, the process is much longer and difficult, because another type of discernment has already been developed. OUR ORGANIZATION The only structure of our organization capacitated to receive donations, in order to : A Foundation . finance the implementation of the program in modest Organization of general interest schools . grant scholarships to students of CIDEL University . Carries out research programs . Offers a Master Degree in ethical development, with a A University duration of 3 years to train (theory and practice) students to implement the ethical development program. (CIDEL) To ensure the quality of the implementation of the Research and formations in program, students educator are e-coached by tutors ethical development during classes with children. From 2nd year, they become tutors as well, for entering first-year students, thus enhancing the expansion capacity of the program A Network of structures . The program is implemented for free in schools implementing the program . Year 2011 - 2012 CIDEL welcomes this year 34 new students educator beginning the implementation of the program in 34 new schools around the world : in Europe, Latin America, Middle-East and Asia. At the same time, the 10 schools which took part to the research phase keep on implementing the program on their own. IMPLEMENTING THE ETHICAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMFor the academic year 2012-2013Requirements :‣ At least one group of 8 to 12 children, age 4 or 5 by September 2012 Fees for the student educator :whose parents commit for 3 years (whole duration of the program) 5 000 $ per year or 15 000 $ for the 3 years Master Degree.‣ A person willing to be trained to implement the ethical developmentprogram Including :who commits for 4 years (3 years training and 1 extra-year coaching) . theoretical courses . pedagogical material . training for the sessions with childrenEducator’s training : Master Degree in Ethical Development, in advance . e-coaching by a qualified tutordelivered by CIDEL University (international recognition)Objectives of the training :‣ Understanding the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical bases for the ethical development program ‣ Mastering the implementation of the program with children‣ Develop coaching abilities through practice Content of the training :‣ Theoretical classes‣ Practical implementation of the program with at least one group of children, with the help of a qualified tutor :preparing the sessions in advance, live e-coaching during the class to ensure the quality of implementation (remote coaching : thetutor can hear and see what’s going on in the class thanks to a web cam and correct the student educator by speaking to him in aBlueTooth headset)‣ From 2nd year, compulsory coaching with at least 3 other students of preceding year, to deepen one’s mastery of the program.Entering profile :‣ Bachelor degree in any of the following areas : humanities, engineering, economy‣  minimum 5 years of experience with young children For more information, please contact us !
