Murari Sevaka is geographically situated in the very heart of the Eastern U.S. near Nashville, Tennessee (a major distribution and entertainment center) of over one million people. Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Huntsville and Birmingham are only a short drive away. Actually Murari is located within 500 miles of over 90% of the U.S. population. Though centrally located and close to everything, Murari provides a feeling of absolute seclusion, well off the beaten path, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. There isn’t even a commercial slight path overhead to disturb the natural peace of Murari’s hidden hills and valleys.
This ideal circumstance provides the aspiring devotee with the choice meditational environment, a quiet and peaceful space for deep concentration on the Holy Name, Past times and instruction of the Lord. After a brief hietus, casting off the impurities of city life, with mind and body purified, one can re-enter the busy life, feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on any challenge. We invite you to come home to Murari as a residential staff member and help fulfill this great preaching mission.
