  • I think these emails add a moderate bit of stress for me. I think having one more task coming at me by email sends my heart rate up a bit. Finding a way to enable calm without feeling like it's one more thing bombarding me with information which adds stress. –TomWith exception for the white noise (day5), I don't think I became much calmer, but the tasks definitely helped me to appreciate the little things in life more. I also enjoyed checking the blog and watching what others had posted, which gave new perspectives and added a group feeling to the exercise.-jonasJeg likte det veldig godt, og så frem til hver nye oppgave. Det var så spennende og gøy å ha en oppgave du skulle gjennomføre hverdag. Jeg ble er oppmerksom på omgivelsene og mine følelser.- marinaI'm not sure about more calm, but it did make me more self-aware of my stress and tension level. That's probably a good first step towards becoming more calm.- luhua
  • I think if you want to create more calm (the awareness was already successful in my opinion), you could add a routine you believe is destressing that people can follow when they wake up, go to bed, or just feel stressed in general.I think new tasks every day are good for awareness, but to create more calm a repetitive task should me more effective.- jonasI think for me, being given tasks, means that there's just one more thing to do. And that's something that's going to take away from the things that I want to do for myself. For me, getting permission to take some time to do the things that are important to me, and relaxing to me, would be great. Not sure how you do that, but I think that would help create some calm- tom

  • Moving from one platform to another I lost a lot of user-Technology can be a solution, but an overfocus on technology from the beginning is wrong, the problem needs to be in focus not the toolsFacebook is a place for people to compare themselves to others , competetive placeCalm and competition does not work together- aka calm and facebook does not work
  • People are browsers not participators online- people are freeriders- -show off /competition is a huge part of the online identity people have, this is not a behaviour that creates calm-
  • Repetition is goodTo many new things makes people stressed, train them to be good at one thing in one specific setting and then trasnfer that skill to other behaviours-
