I had a look at a few of your PPTs and I find your analysis of Kodak, Fuji and LCD as examples, very deep, correct, and well researched. Congratulations. For Kodak, I remember, being a journalist for L’Express-Brussels at the time, the confusion about the target clients when they launched their PhotoCD and the outcry when they marketed the ASP, seen as being of no use, mainly in front of the wave of the emergent digital revolution. By the way, I do net get any notification from SShare when you publish a new PPT; it’s a shame, but that function is all over the place. NB

Every country has them monopolicing the postal business, but they cannot even compete with the private postal service such as TNT, FEDEX, TIKI etc
