Subject: Christian Henwood, employment with Project People.

Christian Henwood joined Project People on 3
rd
September 2014. He worked for me as an
Operations Manager helping to design, define and implement a large scale pan European
driving project.
Christian’s main role was to define the operation and security for the project however he was
also involved in commercial aspects of the project, more than once presenting to the client
and assisting with bid writing.
Unfortunately through no fault of Christian the client cancelled the project and as such with
regret Project People were forced to make Cristian redundant.
I cannot recommend Christian highly enough to any prospective employer, the quality of his
work was consistently of a high standard. Christian proved himself to be a more than capable
Operations Manager bringing valuable insights particularly in the area of process design and
security managment. Christian also brought additional skills to the table namely his
commercial awareness presenting and assisting with bid work.
