An update of my Canberra presentation - presented in Sydney on 28 Nov 2013 for SIRF Roundtables. I deleted the earlier Canberra version of this presentation. Both the Canberra and Sydney presentations for SIRF were presented to Knowledge Management executives. Participants joined syndicate groups to define resilience and the attributes of a resilient business.
